For stickers and other small products, we have a no exchange or return policy. If your product arrives damaged, please email panoramicocean@gmail.com and together we will find a solution. 

For clothing, we typically do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, due to COVID and the fact that we are a small business. Please check each product description for guidance in ordering the proper size for you.

Shipping

Processing time is typically 1-2 business days and you will get an email when your order ships. Shipping fee is calculated based off the weight of the item. There is no extra cost for a handling fee. Shipping is available to the United States and all packages are mailed with USPS.

 

All orders are shipped out in 100% recyclable & compostable packaging, so please recycle! The mailers that are plastic are recyclable at any facility/store that recycles plastic bags. The mailers that are compostable can be composted or recycled.
